mid term break
met Eunice on Tues for coffee in the afternoon.
heh, didn't know the Starbucks at TM is quite a nice n relaxing place.
minus the rowdy sec sch / poly and the weekend 'Mat' crowd, it's pretty quiet.
the glass ceiling allows you to peek at the blue skies in the comforts of air-con environment.
think we sat there for 3hrs? hahah. the big big couch is so comfortable! cld jus fall asleep =P
later that nite went to Eun's house to tv, chat and do some work. hahah. albeit minimal.
the last time we did work and tv together was back in JC!
gosh.. that's such a long while ago =/ yes, we all have aged.
thankfully the friendship hasn't! hugs Eun!
the misery 4 day term break is officially over. i hv a 4pm lecture later.
i really think NUS has the most retarded admin.
pls do not remind me of the 3% fee hike. to hell with their financial assistance scheme coz it takes from the poor to give to the poorer. doesn't make sense.
and not as if they gave us better faculty staffs or studying material in return.

monday
spent my afternoon watch Goodbye Lenin after lunch =)
went to nap from 4-5.30pm.. woke up totally refreshed.
watched Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy.
it's been a relatively good day... but somehow, something's missing...
2 months to 2 years. amazing grace isn't it?
season of love
the highly commercialized Valentine's Day came and went,
together with its notion of romance, symbolized by fresh bouquets, gifts and chocolates.
specially for the exclusive and unique 'ideal' one.
anyways, hope all of you had a great time with friends and loved ones =)

we had an enjoyable time, didn't we? thanx for the pretty rose Gabby!
did i mention that the rose looks bigger than the normal ones? must be mutated! heehee
v-day dinner over dim sum, crapping as usual and just enjoy being together... hugs!

it's been an enjoyable weekend =)
the irony is : i stayed home to do my readings..
did my readings; prepare tutorials;
rolled in bed for long afternoon naps; went to Church with Aunty Susan.
sunday's weatherwas really beautiful, went to Carol's place to swim in the evening sun.
it's been a long time since i had time for myself and only to myself.
very satisfying.

Desperate 2
after a long hiatus from blogging, i'm back! =)
and so is my favourite... DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES (2)!!!
i love the juicy plots, diverse range of characters and witty lines!
the only one character i can't stand is Susan! she thinks that the whole world revolves around her! i admire Lynette for her multi-tasking abilities, she is indeed a super-Mom!!!
on tuesdays, there's CSI Miami. frankly i prefer CSI Las Vegas.
John Caruso gets kinda boring after some time.
on thursdays, there's Law and Order SVU.
unfortunately it gets stale after a while... not much of an attraction.
it depicts nothing more than the more perverse and sick side of urban American society.
for the last 2 weeks, i was busy with my Dad and his gf.
CNY was hectic.. swamped by visitors and shuttling to and fro Gleneagles..
didn't even ahve time for poker! hadn't had any peaceful rest or good sleep either..
finally they're off to China again, finally i get my big bed back!
such a joy! finally some good rest to relieve all that accumulated fatigue! =D
rejoice in the Lord always.
